All weeks commencing Friday except where stated
Price includes gas, electricity and bedding.
To secure a booking a deposit of £200 or 1/3 of the cost
(whichever is greater) is required, the balance is
payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A good house keeping bond of £100 is required 1 week
prior to arrival (please note the bond is required in cleared funds,
access details are released on receipt of funds)
Pets accepted at owners discrection @£5 per pet per day
10% discount for 2 people (subject to availability)

Have already recommended 'Greycotes' to some friends of ours in Alnwick
who are looking for somewhere to stay in the Lakes... and you can be assured

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for arranging our stay
at Greycotes over Christmas. We had an absolutely amazing time, definitely
a Christmas to remember! Have just finished downloading the photos with
a smile remembering good times with the family in a true winter wonderland.
The house is beautiful, the decor and cleanliness exceptional, the views
stunning and the location ideal - it was love at first sight!! We didn't
want to leave! Thank you also for the personal touches, we really enjoyed
the mulled wine and mince pies! I can't recommend the place enough and
really hope to return soon.
